True Colors Application Form & Agreement


  • Entry fee is $40 to participate in the True Colors Show. 1 entry is 4 pieces with a maximum of 2 entries per artisan. Fees are non-refundable
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • For the Love of Art (FTLA) receives 30% commission on sold artwork 
  • Artwork must fall within the size listed. This includes the image inside a frame if you are matting a piece 
  • ALL artwork must be original and must be signed by you (if submitting photography, the image must have an original signature on it)
  • Acceptance into the show is upon approval of any work being submitted. Final date for image submission is March 30th.
  • FTLA may use images of your pieces to promote this and other shows without any compensation to you. You agree to allow us to manipulate the image to fit promotional pieces or to convert to Grayscale.
  • All artwork left two weeks after (April 18th) the designated pickup date will become the property of FTLA to dispose of as we wish
  • FTLA has the right to refuse any piece submitted for any reason without compensation to the artist
  • Artwork will have no political theme, racism, religion, violence, or vulgarity
  • FTLA is not liable for your artwork
  • FTLA will add your email to our mailing list. FTLA will not be sharing your email to a third party.

Opening Reception: Due to the current climate with the Covid19 pandemic, we regret that we will have no opening reception. However, a limited number of people (25 in attendance) will be permitted.

Artwork Digital Photography Deadline: Tuesday, March 30th by 7:30pm (you are not deemed registered until we have images submitted for review)

Drop Off Dates: Tuesday, April 13th between 10am-4pm 

Pick Up Dates: Sunday, April 18th between 4-6pm unless otherwise approved by the Director

Sizing Info per Entry Fee:

Pieces should not be more than 24"wide by 30"length. Please submit your entries no later than March 30th

Please send photos of your artwork to [email protected].

Every Image File name should come as the following: Title, Media, Size and Price of artwork. Please keep titles short.

All art must be CLEAN & READY FOR HANGING including framed artwork in excellent condition utilizing either picture wire or saw tooth picture hangers on the back for hanging
